Obituary of Marie A. Neumeister

Marie A.(Gilboy) Neumeister, age 98, of Plymouth Meeting died Monday, July 20, 2015 at Regina Nursing Center of Norristown, PA.. She was born August 22, 1916 in Scranton, PA. She is the daughter of the late John and the late Anna (Healy) Gilboy. Marie is the wife of the late Donald Neumeister. She was employed by Martin Luther Silver Spring School as a Librarian. Mrs. Neumeister was a graduate of the Marywood Seminary and Marywood College. She went on to receive a Masters degree at Villanova University. She worked for many years at Gwynedd Mercy as their Librarian and worked most recently at the Martin Luther Silver Spring School in Plymouth Meeting , also as a librarian along with helping to implement many of their programs to start their library. She was a faithful member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Church in Plymouth Mtg. and was a member of their Altar Flower Guild. She is survived by two daughters: Mari Flora of California, Laura Marcoux of California and three sons: Donald Neumeister of Warrington, PA, William Neumeister of Alaska, John "Casey" Neumeister of Stowe, PA. 10 Grandchildren,12 Great Grandchildren,. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 am on Friday, July 24 at Epiphany Of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Rd., Plymouth Meeting, .. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Lower Merion on Friday. Calling hours will be Friday, July 24 from 10-11am at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Martin Luther Silver Spring School ,512 Township Line Rd. Plymouth Mtg.Pa.19462 Attn.
