She is the daughter of the late Leopoldo and the late Marina (Vacchano) Palancia. Wife of the late Thomas J.O'Reilly. She was a) Home Maker and former teacher. Mrs.O'Reilly was a graduate of South Phila. High School and Temple University where she received her teaching degree and her Masters.
